Harmonize

Privacy Policy

How Harmonize handles your information.

Effective August 19, 2026 · Applies to Harmonize for iOS, version 1.0.0

1. Who we are

Harmonize (“the app”) is a personal calendar and day-planning app for iPhone, provided by Quinn Kennedy (“we”, “us”).

Questions about this policy or your information: harmonizeplanner@gmail.com

2. What this version of the app does

Harmonize version 1.0.0 is a personal planner. You sign in with an email address, and you create and edit events in a calendar that Harmonize keeps on your device.

This version does not:

3. Information we process

3.1 Account information

To sign in you provide an email address. Our authentication and backend provider, Supabase, stores on our behalf:

If you sign in with a password, that password is handled and stored by our authentication provider in hashed form. We never receive or store your password ourselves.

3.2 Your calendar and planner content

Events, titles, notes, times, categories, colours, repeat settings and everything else you enter into the Harmonize calendar are stored on your device. In version 1.0.0 the app does not upload your calendar content to our servers or anyone else’s — there is no active code path in the app that does so. It is held in the app’s own storage on your iPhone and is removed when you delete the app, or when you delete your account from inside the app.

Because this content lives on your device, it is included in an iPhone or iCloud backup according to your own backup settings. We do not control or receive those backups.

3.3 Technical information handled by our provider

When the app contacts our authentication service, our backend provider receives ordinary technical connection information — such as an IP address, the time of the request and general request details — and may keep it in service logs to operate, troubleshoot and secure the service. We do not use this information to build a profile of you, and we do not combine it with your calendar content.

3.4 What we do not collect

4. Why we process your information

WhatWhy
Email address and account identifierTo create your account, sign you in, and keep you signed in
Password (stored hashed, by our provider)To authenticate you if you use the password sign-in option
Sign-in link emailTo send you the one-time sign-in link you requested
Account and preferences recordsTo operate your account
Technical connection information (by our provider)To operate, secure and troubleshoot the service

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

5. Service providers

ProviderRoleInformation involved
SupabaseAuthentication, database and backend infrastructure, including sending the sign-in link emails you requestAccount email, account identifier, authentication details, technical connection information
AppleDistribution of the app through the App StoreHandled under Apple’s own privacy policy; we receive no personal information about you from Apple

We do not use any advertising network, analytics provider or data broker.

6. How long we keep information

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account from inside the app: Settings → Delete Account. You confirm by typing the confirmation word shown on screen.

Confirming permanently deletes your authentication record and the account records linked to it on our servers, and erases the app’s local data for that account from your device.

We keep no copy of your calendar content on our servers, because version 1.0.0 never uploads it.

What may remain. Limited operational records, provider service logs and routine backups may persist for a period after deletion, where that is necessary for security, operational integrity, or because of our provider’s own retention schedule. Those records are not accessible from the app and expire or are overwritten in the normal course. We cannot promise immediate removal from every log and backup.

Deletion cannot be undone. If deletion does not succeed, the app tells you, and nothing is removed from your device until the server confirms it worked.

8. Security

All communication between the app and our backend provider uses HTTPS. Access to your account requires your email address — plus your password, if you set one — and passwords are stored hashed by our provider.

No app, service or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, email harmonizeplanner@gmail.com.

9. Children

Harmonize is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email harmonizeplanner@gmail.com and we will delete the account.

10. Your choices

Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights over your personal information, such as asking for a copy of it or asking us to correct or delete it. Email us and we will respond.

11. Where information is processed

Our backend provider operates infrastructure that may be located in a country other than your own. By using Harmonize you understand that your account information may be processed in those locations.

12. Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and describe the change here. Continuing to use Harmonize after a change means you accept the updated policy.
